Acer Aspire Go 15 AG15-72P - Core 5 120U 8GB 512GB W11 Silver
The Acer Aspire Go 15 AG15-72P is a 15.6-inch everyday laptop suited to students, home users and anyone who needs a capable, portable machine for browsing, documents and light multitasking. It combines an Intel Core 5 processor, a Full HD IPS display and solid-state storage in a slim silver chassis, solving the problem of finding a dependable daily driver without unnecessary complexity.
Why this product
Full HD IPS display for clear visuals
The 15.6-inch, 1920 × 1080 IPS panel delivers accurate colours and wide viewing angles, making it comfortable for extended work or media sessions.
Intel Core 5 120U with 10 cores
The deca-core processor runs at 1.40 GHz base and boosts up to 5 GHz, handling everyday multitasking and productivity tasks without hesitation.
Fast NVMe SSD storage
The 512 GB PCIe NVMe 4.0 SSD loads applications and files significantly quicker than traditional hard drives, keeping the system responsive day to day.
Memory expandable up to 32 GB
It ships with 8 GB DDR4 SDRAM in a single slot, leaving room to upgrade to 32 GB if workloads grow over time.
Slim and light for daily carry
At 1.53 kg and just 17.90 mm thin, it fits easily into a bag and remains comfortable to carry between home, work or study.
Windows 11 Home included
It ships with Windows 11 Home pre-installed, so there is no additional operating system cost or setup required out of the box.

- Runs Windows 11 Home natively — no upgrade required.
- Supports standard DDR4 SODIMM memory, expandable to 32 GB in the single available slot.
- Uses a PCIe NVMe 4.0 SSD interface, compatible with standard M.2 NVMe replacement or upgrade drives.
- Intel Graphics uses shared system memory — suitable for everyday tasks and light content creation, but not designed for demanding 3D applications or PC gaming.
- Ships with 1 × 8 GB memory; expanding to the maximum 32 GB requires replacing or supplementing this module, depending on available slots.
Best for
- Students and home users who need a reliable machine for documents, web browsing and video streaming on a 15.6-inch Full HD screen.
- Light commuters who want a 15-inch laptop without the weight — at 1.53 kg it is notably portable for its screen size.
- Buyers planning to upgrade RAM — the maximum supported 32 GB gives room to grow well beyond the 8 GB it ships with.
- Users who want fast storage from day one — the PCIe NVMe 4.0 interface is a higher-tier storage standard than SATA SSDs found in similarly priced machines.
Trade-offs
- Demanding gamers or 3D designers — it uses Intel shared graphics with no discrete GPU, which is not suited to GPU-intensive workloads.
- Users needing more than 8 GB RAM immediately — it ships in a single 8 GB configuration; upgrading requires purchasing and fitting additional memory.
- Buyers wanting a multi-year warranty — coverage is limited to Acer's standard 1-year warranty.
- Power users requiring extensive local storage — a single 512 GB NVMe drive is the shipped configuration, with no second drive bay confirmed in the specifications.
