Acer H6815BD 4K UHD DLP Projector White - 4000 Lumens
The Acer H6815BD is a 4K UHD DLP projector designed for home theatre and gaming rooms where brightness and responsiveness matter. It delivers 4,000 lumens across screens up to 300 inches, with support for 1080p at 240Hz refresh rate for sports and fast-action content.
Why this product
4K UHD native resolution with 1.07 billion colours
Projects 3840 x 2160 pixels with 10,000:1 contrast ratio and HDR10 support for detailed, high-contrast images across large screens.
4,000 ANSI lumens for daylit and large rooms
ISO 21118 compliant brightness specification ensures usable images in medium to large spaces or with ambient light, not just darkened rooms.
240Hz refresh rate at 1080p with 8.4ms input lag
Sports, racing games, and action content benefit from smooth motion and responsive control, plus a dedicated Football mode to enhance colour clarity.
Flexible projection: front, rear, ceiling or rear-ceiling
Manual zoom and focus, 1.5 to 1.65 throw ratio, and 120% vertical offset allow installation in confined spaces or above seating areas.
3D-ready and dual-source compatible
Blu-Ray 3D support and two HDMI 2.0b inputs let you connect multiple devices; lamp life spans 5,000 to 20,000 hours depending on mode.

- Supports Windows PC and Mac via HDMI input; no dedicated app or driver required.
- Can be permanently mounted to the ceiling using standard projector mounts or placed on a table; includes carrying case for portable use.
- 3D playback requires a 3D-capable Blu-Ray player and 3D glasses; streaming services and standard broadcasts do not carry 3D content.
- No wireless connectivity; HDMI cable required for all video sources.
Best for
- Home theatre enthusiasts wanting screen sizes over 100 inches without cinema installation costs.
- Sports viewers and competitive gamers who prioritize motion clarity and low input lag over pixel-perfect detail.
- Rooms with moderate ambient light where high lumens brightness prevents image washout.
- Installations constrained by mounting height or distance, thanks to flexible ceiling and rear-projection modes.
Trade-offs
- Pitch-black screening rooms. This projector's strength is brightness; in a dedicated dark room, lower-lumen alternatives offer better contrast and quieter operation.
- Wireless-first setups. No WiFi, Bluetooth, or AirPlay—HDMI cable is mandatory, limiting convenient mobility between sources.
- Small or close-range spaces. Minimum image size is 27 inches at 3.3 m distance; rooms under 3 m deep cannot project usably.
- Quiet operation as a priority. Standard mode runs at 33 dB; ECO mode reduces this to 30 dB but sacrifices brightness.
- Content-only 4K viewing at maximum refresh. It achieves 4K UHD natively but 240Hz refresh only at 1080p, so 4K sources play at lower refresh rates.
Show movies on a mammoth scale (up to 300 inches or 762 cm in size) in a billion colors and astonishing clarity.
4K UHD Resolution
Immerse yourself in a whole new environment with unprecedented detail and color accuracy. 4K UHD projections show details in 8.3million pixels to give a four times higher resolution than Full HD.
4,000 Lumens Brightness
See crystal-clear, vibrant images from a distance in daylight or medium to large rooms with up to 4,000 lumens of brightness.
HDR10 Compatible
HDR (high dynamic range) is a display technology that creates deeper levels of black and white contrast using scalar chip decoding and mapping technology to give a greater level of immersion through realistic image recreation.
1080p Resolution at 240Hz Refresh Rate
Catch every detail of fast-paced sports, movies, and games with FHD 1080p clarity and an impressive 240Hz framerate for hyper-smooth images. Football mode enhances the colors to clearly show all the action.
8.4ms Low Input Lag
Enjoy responsive control whether playing racing, sports, or action games with an ultra-low latency that reduces frame delay to an incredible 8.4ms.
Blu-Ray 3D Support
Flat is out, 3D is in.
