Acer Nitro V 15 AMD Ryzen 7 RTX 5060 16GB 512GB Laptop
The Acer Nitro V 15 AMD Ryzen 7 RTX 5060 16GB 512GB Laptop is built for gamers and content creators who need capable discrete graphics and a fast display without stepping into flagship pricing. It pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU and a 165 Hz IPS panel, making it a practical choice for gaming sessions and creative workloads at 1080p.
Why this product
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 with GDDR7
The RTX 5060 GPU runs with 8 GB of GDDR7 memory and supports NVIDIA DLSS 4, giving gamers and creators access to AI-accelerated rendering at up to 75 W laptop power.
165 Hz IPS display for smooth gameplay
The 15.6-inch Full HD IPS panel refreshes at 165 Hz with a matte anti-glare coating, reducing reflections during extended play sessions.
PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD
The M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD delivers read and write speeds up to 7 GB/s, which is five times faster than SATA SSDs and keeps load times short for games and large files.
DDR5 RAM, expandable to 32 GB
It ships with 16 GB of DDR5 memory running at 4800 MT/s, and the system supports up to 32 GB should more headroom be needed later.
WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3
WiFi 6E connectivity and Bluetooth 5.3 keep it ready for fast wireless networking and modern peripherals out of the box.
4-Zone RGB backlit keyboard
A 4-Zone RGB backlit keyboard adds visual customisation and makes it easier to game in low-light environments.

Best for
- 1080p gamers who want a 165 Hz display and a discrete RTX 5060 GPU without a flagship price tag.
- Content creators who can take advantage of NVIDIA DLSS 4 and NVIDIA Studio for AI-accelerated image generation and creative tasks.

Trade-offs
- High-resolution gaming — the panel is 1920 x 1080 and there is no higher-resolution display option on this model.
- Workloads requiring more than 32 GB RAM — the maximum supported system memory is 32 GB.
- Users who need maximum GPU power — the RTX 5060 is capped at 75 W on this laptop, which is lower than the wattage available in larger gaming laptops using the same GPU.
- Touch-based workflows — the display has no touchscreen capability.
