Alienware AW2725DF 27" QD-OLED 360Hz 1440p Gaming Monitor
The Alienware AW2725DF 27" QD-OLED 360Hz 1440p Gaming Monitor is built for competitive and enthusiast PC gamers who need both speed and colour accuracy in the same display. Its QD-OLED panel combines a 360Hz refresh rate with 2560×1440 resolution, infinite contrast, and factory-calibrated colour, making it suited to players who want a single screen for fast-paced multiplayer and detailed single-player titles. A full height, tilt, swivel, and pivot stand, plus HDMI 2.1 for console use, gives it broad placement flexibility across gaming setups.
Why this product
360Hz QD-OLED for fast, vivid gaming
Quantum-dot OLED technology delivers pixel-level brightness control and rich colour, while the 360Hz refresh rate keeps fast-moving game content sharp and clear.
0.03 ms GtG response time
A 0.03 ms gray-to-gray minimum response time virtually eliminates blurring and ghosting, keeping latency to a minimum in competitive play.
Infinite contrast, deep blacks
A 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification produce deep blacks alongside bright highlights in the same scene.
Factory-calibrated colour accuracy
DCI-P3 99.3% coverage and DeltaE2000 <2 at both sRGB and DCI-P3 preset modes mean colours are accurate out of the box without additional calibration.
AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync
Both sync standards are supported, eliminating screen tearing and stutter across a wide range of compatible GPUs.
3-year warranty with OLED burn-in coverage
Advanced Exchange Service and Premium Panel Exchange cover the display for three years, including OLED burn-in — a coverage point specific to this panel type.

Best for
- Competitive multiplayer players who need 360Hz for the clearest possible motion and the lowest possible input lag.
- Colour-critical and creative gamers who want DCI-P3 99.3% coverage and DeltaE2000 <2 accuracy without a separate calibration step.
- HDR gaming enthusiasts who want VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 with a 1,000 cd/m² peak and infinite contrast.
- Console and PC dual-use setups, since the HDMI 2.1 port supports QHD 120Hz with HDR and VRR from compatible consoles.
- Buyers who value long-term support, as the 3-year warranty explicitly covers OLED burn-in — a meaningful inclusion for a panel of this type.
Trade-offs
- 4K resolution users: the panel tops out at 2560×1440 QHD; there is no 4K option in this model.
- Buyers on a tight budget: QD-OLED panels at 360Hz carry a higher price than comparable IPS or VA monitors; this is not a value-segment display.
- Static image and productivity-heavy workflows: OLED panels carry an inherent burn-in risk with static on-screen elements held for extended periods, which the warranty acknowledges by covering it explicitly.
- Users needing a very bright SDR display: SDR brightness is rated at 250 cd/m², which is lower than many high-brightness IPS monitors intended for well-lit office environments.
