ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX 65% Magnetic Gaming Keyboard
The ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX is a 65% compact analog gaming keyboard built for competitive players who need faster input response without sacrificing desk space. It combines customizable magnetic switches, an 8000 Hz polling rate, and Rapid Trigger technology to deliver measurable latency reduction compared to standard gaming keyboards.
Why this product
8000 Hz polling rate for 0.125 ms response
Eight times faster refresh than most gaming keyboards, reducing input delay significantly for competitive advantage.
Customizable magnetic switch actuation
ROG HFX switches adjust from 0.1 mm to 4.0 mm, letting you tune how quickly keys register for your playstyle.
Rapid Trigger toggle for instant repeat
Dedicated switch enables the fastest possible key repeat without remapping, essential for games demanding split-second directional changes.
Compact 65% layout at 315 mm
Nearly the size of a 60% keyboard but retains arrow keys and function row, saving desk space without losing core navigation.
Five-layer dampening and silicone gasket
Absorbs switch ping and provides a cushioned, quieter typing feel while maintaining tactile response.

- Desk-space-conscious gamers requiring full keyboard functions (arrows, number row) in a compact footprint.
- Players who value per-key RGB and AURA Sync integration with other ROG peripherals and gear.
Trade-offs
- Mac or Linux users without tolerance for driver workarounds; Armoury Crate is Windows-only.
- Typists preferring shallow actuation who need switches below 0.1 mm or prefer mechanical over magnetic technology.
- Users needing wireless connectivity; this model connects only via USB Type-C cable.
- Buyers on a tight budget; premium polling rate, magnetic switches, and compact design command a higher price than standard gaming keyboards.
