ASUS ROG Harpe II Ace Gaming Mouse - 48g, 42000 DPI, 8K Wireless
The ASUS ROG Harpe II Ace Gaming Mouse is an ultra-lightweight 48g wireless esports mouse developed in collaboration with VALORANT pro Demon1 and other competitive players, shaped to suit both claw and fingertip grips. It is built for players who compete at the highest level and need a consistent, low-fatigue mouse that does not compromise on sensor precision or wireless responsiveness.
Why this product
48g bio-based shell cuts weight significantly
A next-gen bio-based nylon shell reduces weight by up to 11% compared to the ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition, while a reinforced internal structure prevents sidewall flex.
42,000 DPI sensor with track-on-glass
The ROG AimPoint Pro optical sensor reaches 42,000 DPI and includes track-on-glass technology for reliable tracking across a wide range of surfaces.
8KHz wireless polling rate
ROG SpeedNova 8K wireless technology delivers up to 8,000 Hz polling rate, keeping input latency as low as wired connections during competitive play.
100-million-click optical micro switches
ROG Optical Micro Switches use an optical mechanism for instant actuation with no debounce delay and a rated lifespan of 100 million clicks.
101-hour battery life on a single charge
With up to 101 hours of battery life, it can last through extended sessions without needing to be tethered to a cable.
No-download browser configuration via Gear Link
Settings can be configured directly in a web browser through Gear Link — no software installation required.

- Supports the ROG Omni Receiver, which allows multiple wireless devices to share a single receiver.
- 8KHz polling rate requires the included ROG SpeedNova wireless connection; Bluetooth mode will operate at lower polling rates typical of that protocol.
- The included grip tape is a one-time-stick application and cannot be repositioned once applied.
Best for
- Competitive FPS players who need a very light mouse — the 48g weight and pro-tested claw/fingertip shape are optimised for fast flicks and extended sessions.
- Wireless-first setups where cable drag is a concern — tri-mode connectivity and 8KHz RF wireless provide a cable-free experience without sacrificing polling rate.
- Players who prefer minimal software — Gear Link lets users configure the mouse from any browser without installing dedicated software.
- Long session players who cannot afford downtime — 101 hours of battery life means infrequent charging interruptions.
Trade-offs
- Palm-grip users — the shape is specifically designed for claw and fingertip grips and was not tested or endorsed for palm grip.
- Users who want maximum buttons — it has 5 buttons total, which may not be enough for MMO or productivity workflows that rely on many programmable inputs.
- Bluetooth-first setups requiring high polling rates — the 8KHz polling rate is only available over the ROG SpeedNova 2.4 GHz RF connection, not Bluetooth.
48-Gram Lightweight Eco-Design

- Internal structure enhanced to prevent flexing to the sidewalls
- Large PTFE mouse feet with rounded edges for a smooth glide
