ASUS ZenWiFi BT10 Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System - 18Gbps
The ASUS ZenWiFi BT10 is a tri-band WiFi 7 mesh system designed for homes that demand speed, range, and reliable coverage across large spaces. It combines 18 Gbps total speeds with dual 10G Ethernet ports and advanced security to handle multiple connected devices and bandwidth-heavy tasks without compromise.
Why this product
WiFi 7 tri-band with 6 GHz support
Operates across 6 GHz, 5 GHz, and 2.4 GHz bands with speeds up to 11.5 Gbps on 6 GHz alone. Multi-Link Operation and 4K-QAM boost efficiency across the network.
Covers up to 6000 sq. ft. in 2-pack
Eight internal antennas and ten high-power front-end modules eliminate dead zones across large homes or offices. Expandable via AiMesh for additional coverage.
Dual 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports
Two 10G ports support ultra-high-speed wired backhaul or WAN connection, plus a third 1G port for standard devices. Auto-detection switches between configurations.
AiProtection Pro and VPN suite
Commercial-grade security includes malicious site blocking, two-way IPS, and infected device prevention. Built-in VPN client and server support across multiple protocols.
Smart Home Master with parental controls
Create up to three dedicated SSIDs for IoT devices and manage children's internet access via web filters, time scheduling, and safe browsing rules.
4G/5G mobile tethering fallback
Automatic failover to mobile networks keeps the system online if your primary connection drops, ideal for mission-critical setups.

- Works with any WiFi 7, WiFi 6E, WiFi 6, WiFi 5, WiFi 4, or legacy 802.11a/b/g devices via backward compatibility across all three bands.
- Supports Google Assistant voice control and integrates with ASUS Router app for mobile management and firmware updates.
- Includes USB 3.0 port for media server, file sharing, time machine backup, FTP server, and 4G/5G tethering adapters.
- Operates as access point, router, or AiMesh node; can integrate into existing ASUS AiMesh networks or function as a standalone primary router.
- 10G Ethernet ports require Cat6A or better cabling and compatible NAS, server, or switching equipment to realize full throughput; standard Cat5e gear will work but at reduced speeds.
Best for
- Large homes or offices needing 6000+ sq. ft. coverage without dead zones
- Heavy bandwidth users: 4K/8K streaming, gaming, video conferencing, and cloud backups across many devices
- Smart home enthusiasts managing dozens of IoT devices with dedicated network segments and parental oversight
- Users seeking commercial-grade security, VPN routing, and advanced threat detection at consumer scale
- Networks requiring wired backhaul or ultra-fast NAS/server connections via 10G Ethernet
Trade-offs
- Small apartments or single-room setups where WiFi 6 or 5 would suffice; the cost premium justifies only genuinely large spaces.
- Users without 10G-capable networking gear; the dual 10G ports remain underutilized on standard Gigabit infrastructure.
- Budget-conscious buyers; this is an entry-level WiFi 7 system priced above mid-range WiFi 6E alternatives.
- Renters or installations requiring wall-mounted or compact designs; the unit measures 159 × 72 × 186 mm and occupies visible desk or shelf space.
- Environments where WiFi 7 device support is sparse; most phones, laptops, and IoT devices still lack WiFi 7 radios.
