The Codegen 2U400 is a rackmount server case designed for small to medium deployments that need to fit Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboards into standard 19-inch rack infrastructure. It comes pre-fitted with three 80mm PWM fans and supports up to four 3.5" hard drives or a mix of 2.5" and 3.5" drives, making it suitable for storage-focused server builds in data centres or server rooms.

3 x 80mm PWM fans included
Three hydraulic bearing fans with automatic PWM speed control come pre-installed. The motherboard adjusts fan speed based on temperature readings, keeping the chassis as quiet as possible while maintaining thermal performance.
Flexible drive configuration
Supports up to four 3.5" HDDs, or three 3.5" drives plus one 2.5" SSD, or four 2.5" SSDs. Shared bays allow you to mix and match storage types depending on your workload.
Half-height PCIE expansion
Four half-height expansion slots accommodate low-profile server cards, network adapters and other PCIE peripherals without requiring full-height brackets.
Standard ATX power supply
Accepts any standard ATX PSU up to 200mm in length, mounted at the rear right with dedicated top-panel ventilation to improve airflow.
Compact 2U form factor
At 89mm tall and 405mm deep (including handles), it fits standard 19-inch racks while keeping a shallow footprint for dense deployments.

- Standard 19-inch rackmount infrastructure. Requires a standard server rack or wall-mount bracket.
- Standard ATX power supplies up to 200mm in length. Non-standard or oversized PSUs may not fit.
- CPU coolers must not exceed 67mm in height to fit beneath the lid. Verify your cooler dimensions before purchase.
- Full-height PCIE cards will not fit. Only half-height or low-profile expansion cards are supported.
