Dell Pro Plus P3225QE 32" 4K USB-C Hub Monitor - IPS, 100Hz
The Dell Pro Plus P3225QE 32" 4K USB-C Hub Monitor is a 32-inch IPS display designed for professionals and productivity-focused users who need accurate colour, flexible connectivity, and ergonomic control in a single-cable desk setup. It combines a 4K Ultra HD panel with a built-in USB hub, Gigabit Ethernet, and up to 90 W USB-C Power Delivery, letting a single cable connect, charge, and drive a compatible laptop simultaneously. An adjustable stand with tilt, swivel, pivot, and height movement rounds out a monitor built for long workdays.
Why this product
4K IPS panel at 100 Hz
The 31.5-inch IPS panel resolves 3840 × 2160 at up to 100 Hz, delivering 140 pixels per inch and a 178°/178° viewing angle so detail and colour hold across wide viewing positions.
99% sRGB colour accuracy
Coverage of 99% sRGB (CIE 1931, typical) and 1.07 billion colours makes it reliable for colour-critical work where consistent reproduction matters.
Single-cable USB-C with 90 W charging
The upstream USB-C port carries DisplayPort 1.4 Alt. mode and delivers up to 90 W Power Delivery, so one cable handles video, data, and laptop charging at the same time.
Built-in USB hub and Gigabit Ethernet
A USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub with one downstream USB-C (up to 15 W) and three downstream USB-A ports, plus an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port, keeps peripherals and a wired network connected through the monitor.
Fully ergonomic stand
Height adjusts up to 150 mm; tilt, swivel (±45°), and pivot (±90°) let users position the screen precisely, reducing strain during extended sessions.
Eye comfort and sustainability certifications
TÜV 4-Star eye comfort certification, a flicker-free panel, and Low Blue Light technology are complemented by ENERGY STAR® and TCO Certified credentials.

- Connects to any laptop or desktop with a DisplayPort 1.4 output at up to 3840 × 2160.
- Connects to any source with an HDMI 2.1 output, supporting up to 3840 × 2160 at 100 Hz.
- Works with any USB-C device that supports DisplayPort 1.4 Alt. mode for video over a single cable.
- VESA mount compatible, allowing use with third-party monitor arms and wall mounts in place of the included stand.
- USB-C Power Delivery delivers up to 90 W — sufficient for many laptops, but verify your laptop's charging requirement before relying on it as the sole power source.
- Downstream USB-C and USB-A ports each supply up to 15 W — suitable for phones and accessories, not for charging power-hungry laptops through those ports.
Best for
- Professionals needing colour accuracy — 99% sRGB coverage and 1.07 billion colours support design, photography, and content review work.
- Single-cable laptop users — USB-C with 90 W Power Delivery means one cable carries video, hub connectivity, Ethernet, and charging simultaneously.
- Multi-peripheral desks — three USB-A downstream ports, one USB-C downstream port, and built-in Gigabit Ethernet reduce the need for a separate dock.
- Multi-monitor setups — narrow bezels and VESA mount compatibility make it practical to arrange two or more units side by side.
- Users sensitive to eye strain — TÜV 4-Star eye comfort certification, flicker-free panel, and Low Blue Light technology suit people who work long hours at a screen.
Trade-offs
- Competitive gaming at very high refresh rates — the panel is rated to 100 Hz maximum; buyers requiring higher refresh rates will need a different display.
- Wide colour gamut (DCI-P3 or AdobeRGB) workflows — the stated colour space is sRGB; no DCI-P3 or AdobeRGB coverage figure is provided in the specifications.
- Laptops requiring more than 90 W to charge — the USB-C upstream port's Power Delivery is capped at 90 W, which may not fully charge high-wattage mobile workstations.
- Buyers needing a longer warranty — coverage is 3 years Basic Hardware Service with Advanced Exchange after remote diagnosis, shorter than extended-service alternatives in the market.
