Dell Pro Precision 7 T1 PW7T1260 - Core Ultra 7 265 16GB 1TB W11P
The Dell Pro Precision 7 T1 is a compact AI workstation built for engineers and creators who need integrated neural processing alongside traditional compute power. It pairs an Intel Core Ultra 7 265 processor with an Intel AI Boost NPU, 16GB DDR5 memory, and 1TB NVMe SSD in a tower form factor small enough for shared desk space.
Why this product
Intel AI Boost NPU onboard
The integrated Neural Processor Unit delivers up to 13 TOPS for AI model inference without requiring a separate accelerator card, letting you run inference workloads locally.
20-core processor, 5.3 GHz peak
The Core Ultra 7 265 combines P-cores and E-cores to handle both single-threaded professional software and parallel compute tasks efficiently.
Upgradeable to 128GB DDR5
Ships with 16GB but supports up to 128GB of modern DDR5 memory for memory-intensive workflows without replacing the system.
Fast NVMe storage as standard
1TB PCI Express 4.0 x4 M.2 SSD provides sequential read and write speeds suitable for loading large design files and datasets quickly.
3-year onsite support included
Comes with three years of remote diagnosis and onsite hardware-only service, covering parts replacement without charge.

- 1GbE networking and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for office and studio environments.
- TPM 2.0 security chip and self-encrypting SSD support encrypted storage and secure boot for regulated industries.
- No integrated discrete GPU; graphics rely on Intel UMA (Shared Video Memory), limiting performance for heavy 3D rendering or gaming.
- No optical drive included; suitable only for environments where software is installed via network or USB.
Best for
- AI model inference and local LLM inference
- CAD, video editing, and data science workflows on a budget
- Organisations requiring secure, remote-manageable desktop compute
- Small offices and studios with space constraints
Trade-offs
- No discrete GPU — not suited for real-time 3D rendering, professional gaming, or CUDA-dependent applications that require dedicated graphics memory and parallel processing.
- Single-GPU workloads — the integrated Intel Graphics UMA architecture cannot match the VRAM and throughput of a dedicated RTX or Quadro card.
- High-refresh gaming or VR — integrated graphics and 1GbE networking are not designed for sub-5ms latency or high frame rates.
- Environments requiring legacy media — no optical drive means CD, DVD or Blu-ray support is not available without external hardware.
