Dell UltraSharp U4323QE 42.51" 4K USB-C Hub Monitor
The Dell UltraSharp U4323QE 42.51" 4K USB-C Hub Monitor is a large-format 4K display designed for professionals who need to manage multiple PCs, sources, and peripherals from a single workspace. It addresses the challenge of desk clutter and context-switching by combining a built-in KVM switch, up to four FHD display partitions via iMST, 90W USB-C power delivery, and wired Ethernet into one unit. The result is a monitor that can consolidate a multi-PC, multi-source workstation without requiring external hubs, splitters, or switching hardware.
Why this product
Four FHD partitions from one PC
Internal Multi-Stream Transport (iMST) lets you divide the screen into up to four unique Full HD partitions when connected to a single PC — no external software or DisplayPort splitter required.
Control up to four PCs with one keyboard and mouse
The built-in KVM switch lets you work across up to four different computers using a single set of peripherals, reducing desk hardware and switching time.
90W USB-C power delivery in a single cable
A single USB-C connection carries video, data at USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps), and up to 90W of power to charge a connected laptop — the highest power delivery available in a 42.5" 4K monitor per Dell.
Wired Ethernet built in
An RJ45 port on the monitor provides a stable, wired network connection that passes through to the connected PC, removing the need for a separate USB-to-Ethernet adapter.
ComfortView Plus and flicker-free for long sessions
The display reduces potentially harmful blue light emissions by up to 60% and operates flicker-free. It is TÜV Rheinland certified for both Low Blue Light and Flicker Free.
3-year warranty with premium panel exchange
Coverage includes 3-Year Advanced Exchange Service and Premium Panel Exchange, so a faulty panel is replaced without requiring you to ship the monitor in first.

- Works with any laptop or desktop that has a DisplayPort 1.4 output for full iMST four-partition support.
- Works with USB-C hosts supporting DisplayPort 1.4 (HBR3 2-lane or HBR2 4-lane) for video, data, and up to 90W power delivery over a single cable.
- Connects to up to two HDMI 2.1 sources simultaneously alongside DisplayPort and USB-C inputs.
- HDMI-CEC integration is specifically noted for Zoom Room features (scheduling, manual on/off); full HDMI-CEC functionality depends on the connected Zoom Room hardware.
- KVM and iMST partition features require the host PC to be connected via DisplayPort 1.4 or the upstream USB-C port; HDMI sources alone do not enable these features.
- Not designed for gaming use cases — the native refresh rate tops out at 76 Hz and response time is 5 ms (normal) / 8 ms (fast), with no variable refresh rate technology stated.
Best for
- Multi-PC power users who need to switch between up to four computers using one keyboard, mouse, and display.
- Laptop users who want to dock with a single USB-C cable and receive video, 10 Gbps data, wired Ethernet, and 90W charging simultaneously.
- Collaboration and Zoom Room environments where HDMI-CEC support allows centralized scheduling and display control.
- Professionals on long work days who benefit from a TÜV-certified flicker-free panel with hardware-level blue light reduction and a fully adjustable stand.
- Space-conscious desks where consolidating four PCs, a hub, speakers, and a network switch into a single monitor base saves meaningful room.
Trade-offs
- Gamers requiring high refresh rates — the panel's maximum refresh rate is 76 Hz and no variable refresh rate support is stated in the specifications.
- Color-critical design or print work requiring wide gamut coverage — the stated color gamut is 95% sRGB; no DCI-P3 or Adobe RGB coverage figure is given.
- Users needing a lightweight or portable display — the monitor weighs 40.9 lbs with stand (29 lbs without) and measures 38.1 inches wide.
- Setups limited to HDMI sources only — iMST partitioning and full KVM functionality require DisplayPort 1.4 or USB-C upstream connections.
