The front I/O is pre-wired to accept Fractal Design's separately sold USB-C upgrade kit, adding a full-speed USB Type-C port without any case modification.

Trade-offs
- E-ATX or larger motherboard builds: the maximum supported motherboard size is ATX, so workstation or HEDT boards will not fit.
- Very long power supplies: PSU compatibility is limited to 250 mm; some high-end modular units exceed this.
- Builds requiring a USB-C front port out of the box: the USB-C module is an optional extra sold separately; the stock configuration provides only two USB Type-A 5 Gbps ports on the front.
- Top-mount 280 mm or 360 mm radiator configurations: the top radiator mount supports only 120 mm and 240 mm radiators, limiting larger all-in-one cooler placement to the front.
