Fractal Design Pop Mini Silent Black Solid Case - mATX
The Fractal Design Pop Mini Silent Black Solid Case is a compact mATX chassis built for quiet operation and clean aesthetics. It suits builders seeking a smaller footprint without sacrificing storage flexibility or noise control, combining sound-dampening materials with practical cable management and multiple drive mounting options.
Why this product
Sound-damped construction throughout
Closed front and top panels, bitumen-lined side panels and internal foam work together to reduce noise output significantly.
Four drive positions in minimal space
Two 3.5"/2.5" combo trays plus a dedicated bracket for two 2.5" drives lets you run multiple storage devices without external enclosures.
Compact but not cramped
At 36.5 L, it fits standard ATX power supplies up to 150 mm long and graphics cards up to 340 mm, with room for a 170 mm CPU cooler.
Three fans included
Two Aspect 120 mm fans mount at the front, one at the rear, with room to add larger radiators if needed.
Hidden 5.25" bay storage
Two concealed bays with a pull-out drawer and magnetic cover keep drives or small parts organised and out of sight.

Best for
- Quiet-focused builds where noise reduction takes priority
- Desktop and storage-heavy systems needing multiple drives in a small chassis
- Aesthetic-conscious users wanting sleek design without RGB or glass
- Home theater or office setups where a compact footprint and low noise are essential
Trade-offs
- High-end water cooling projects: limited radiator support (120 mm front, 120 mm rear) restricts custom loop expansion.
- Case modding or showcase builds: solid panels and no side window mean internal components remain hidden.
- Large graphics cards: 340 mm length limit rules out many newer high-end GPUs over 2.5 slots thick.
- Builders wanting maximum active cooling: only two front fan mounts and one rear mount limit airflow customisation.
The Pop Mini Silent is a reliably quiet and stylish case with a modest footprint, making it an ideal choice for smaller, sophisticated systems.
