MSI VIGOR GK30 UK Gaming Keyboard - RGB, Mech-Like
The MSI VIGOR GK30 UK Gaming Keyboard is a mechanical-like gaming keyboard with RGB lighting and a water-repellent design, built for gamers who want tactile feedback and visual customisation without the price tag of a full mechanical board. Its plunger switches and gaming-focused base deliver stability and a crisp typing feel, while hotkeys let you control lighting and media on the fly.
Why this product
Mechanical-like switches with 12+ million keystroke life
Plunger switches with 3-part construction mimic the feel and durability of true mechanical switches, rated for over 12 million presses.
6-area RGB lighting with hotkey control
Adjust lighting modes, speed, brightness and colour without software using dedicated hotkeys at the top of the board.
Water repellent design protects against spills
Keyboard coating resists liquid damage, reducing risk if you knock over a drink during gaming sessions.
Media and volume hotkeys for hands-on control
Dedicated keys let you adjust volume, mute, play, pause and skip tracks without leaving the game.
Stable gaming base reduces movement
Reinforced base keeps the keyboard anchored to your desk during intense play.

Trade-offs
- Purists seeking true mechanical switches — plunger switches feel different and lack the individual switch replacability of full mechanical keyboards.
- Mac or Linux users — no native driver support is listed.
- Compact desk spaces — at 438 mm wide and 1042–1303 g, it takes up substantial space.
- Typists who prioritise minimal actuation — plunger switches require more force than low-profile mechanical alternatives.
VIGOR GK30 GAMING KEYBOARD features on mechanical-like plunger switches, 6 area RGB lighting effects, gaming base, and water repellent design. All detailed settings can be fulfilled in Dragon Center software.
