Alienware AW2524HF 24.5" 480Hz Fast IPS Gaming Monitor
The Alienware AW2524HF 24.5" 480Hz Fast IPS Gaming Monitor is built for competitive players who demand the fastest possible refresh rates and the sharpest motion clarity available in a flat-panel display. It combines a native 480Hz panel with a 0.5ms gray-to-gray response time and AMD FreeSync Premium to eliminate the tearing and ghosting that costs fractions of a second in fast-paced titles. TÜV-certified ComfortView Plus reduces blue light at the hardware level, making extended sessions easier on the eyes without compromising colour accuracy.
Why this product
480Hz native, 500Hz overclocked refresh rate
The panel runs at 480Hz natively over DisplayPort 1.4, with an overclocked 500Hz mode available — delivering a new tier of motion clarity that makes even the fastest on-screen action look fluid.
0.5ms gray-to-gray response time
Fast IPS technology achieves a 0.5ms minimum gray-to-gray response, reducing blurring and ghosting to keep moving objects sharp without the narrow viewing angles of TN panels.
AMD FreeSync Premium with VESA AdaptiveSync
Dual certification for AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA AdaptiveSync Display ensures tear-free, stutter-free gameplay across compatible GPUs at high frame rates.
99% sRGB colour coverage
Wide colour coverage brings accurate, consistent hues to in-game visuals, keeping colours looking true even at the panel's extreme refresh rates.
TÜV-certified hardware low blue light
ComfortView Plus is implemented at the hardware level — not via a software filter — so it reduces eye strain during long sessions without a yellow tint or loss of colour quality.
3-Year Advanced Exchange warranty
Coverage includes 3-Year Advanced Exchange Basic Warranty plus Premium Panel Exchange, so a defective unit or panel issue is addressed with a replacement rather than a long repair wait.
