ASUS VY249HGR 24" Eye Care Gaming Monitor - FHD, 120Hz
The ASUS VY249HGR 24" Eye Care Gaming Monitor is built for people who spend long hours in front of a screen — whether studying, working or gaming — and need a display that is easier on their eyes without sacrificing smooth visuals. Its IPS panel, Adaptive Sync support and ASUS Eye Care Plus technology make it a practical all-rounder for home office and casual gaming setups.
Why this product
IPS panel with 178° wide viewing angles
The 23.8-inch FHD IPS panel reproduces 16.7 million colors with consistent image quality from almost any seating position, making it well-suited to shared desks and side-by-side use.
120Hz refresh rate for smoother motion
An overclockable 120Hz refresh rate combined with 1ms MPRT response time reduces motion blur and smearing, keeping fast-paced on-screen action clear and readable.
Adaptive Sync eliminates screen tearing
Adaptive Sync matches the display's refresh rate to the GPU's output frame rate, removing the stuttering and tearing that interrupt fast content.
TÜV-certified Eye Care Plus technology
An adjustable Blue Light Filter and Flicker Free panel carry TÜV Rheinland certification, and a Rest Reminder helps users manage on-screen time during long sessions.
Antibacterial bezel treatment
A proprietary treatment on the bezels and hotkeys inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, a practical consideration for shared or high-touch environments.
Under 20W typical power draw
With a power consumption of less than 20W in normal use and less than 0.3W in power-off mode, it keeps running costs low in always-on home office situations.
