Dell Pro Wired Speakerphone SP325 - USB-C, AI Noise Cancel
The Dell Pro Wired Speakerphone SP325 is a portable, plug-and-play USB-C speakerphone designed for professionals who need reliable, clear audio in home offices, huddle spaces, and small conference rooms. It uses four AI-powered omnidirectional MEMS microphones with dual-directional noise cancellation to keep voices focused and background distractions minimised. Certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, it connects to virtually any major platform without drivers or setup.
Why this product
AI noise cancellation on four microphones
Four omnidirectional MEMS microphones work with AI-based dual-directional noise cancellation to reduce background noise and keep voices clear across a pickup range of up to 2.5 metres.
Full duplex audio
Both parties can speak and listen at the same time without interruption, enabling natural back-and-forth conversation rather than one-direction exchanges.
IP64-rated protective housing
Dust-tight and water-resistant construction means it holds up to the wear of daily travel and shared workspaces.
Certified for Teams and Zoom
Official certification for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, plus compatibility with other leading UC platforms, means it integrates without workarounds.
Plug-and-play via USB-C or USB-A
Connects directly through USB-C, with a USB-A adapter included in the box, so no drivers or software installation are required to start a meeting.

- Small meeting rooms and huddle spaces where the 2.5-metre pickup range and four omnidirectional microphones cover participants around a table.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom users who want certified hardware with dedicated call-control buttons on the device.
- Cross-platform users on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Linux, or Ubuntu who want a single device that works across operating systems.
Trade-offs
- Wireless or Bluetooth setups — it is wired only and will not function without a USB connection.
- Large conference rooms — the 2.5-metre pickup range and single mono speaker are sized for small spaces, not large rooms.
- Stereo audio requirements — the speaker operates in mono output mode only.
- TAA-compliant procurement — the vendor explicitly lists this product as TAA non-compliant.
