HP Series 5 Pro 524pm 24" FHD USB-C Conferencing Monitor
The HP Series 5 Pro 524pm is a 24" FHD USB-C conferencing monitor designed for hybrid workers and remote teams who need integrated video, audio and power in a single display. It combines a pop-up webcam, dual microphones with AI noise reduction, and built-in speakers with 100W USB-C power delivery to eliminate desk clutter during calls and everyday work.
Why this product
5MP pop-up webcam with auto framing
The tiltable Poly Studio camera includes Windows Hello support, independent tilt adjustment, and software features like auto framing and background blur. Pop it down after calls for instant privacy.
100W USB-C power and daisy-chain capable
Single USB-C cable delivers power, video and data. Connect two instances of this monitor back-to-back via DisplayPort out for a dual-display setup without extra cables.
Integrated 4 x 3W speakers and dual mics
Down-firing speakers provide clear conference audio. Dual microphones use DNN noise reduction to filter background sound during calls, eliminating the need for external devices.
4-way adjustable stand with 3-sided borderless design
Tilt, swivel, pivot and height-adjust the display to your seated or standing position. The sleek micro-edge bezel design keeps desk real estate minimal.
Eye Ease blue light reduction and ambient sensor
TÜV-certified Low Blue Light technology reduces strain without distorting color. Ambient light sensor adapts brightness to your environment automatically.
85% recycled content enclosure
Monitor housing uses at least 85% recycled plastic, 20% recycled glass in the panel, and 90% recycled aluminum in the stand.

- Hot-desking and hybrid office setups
- Single-cable connection from USB-C laptop docks
- Desk space optimization with integrated camera, speakers and microphone
- Professionals who prioritize privacy and data security
Trade-offs
- High-refresh gaming or graphics work—100 Hz maximum and 5ms response time are adequate for office use but not competitive esports or demanding creative editing.
- Dual-monitor setups requiring independent power—daisy-chaining requires DisplayPort connectivity on the second monitor.
- Environments where external microphone or speaker control is preferred—the integrated conferencing audio cannot be disabled in favor of separate devices without removing the entire monitor.
- Users needing 4K resolution—native resolution is capped at FHD (1920 x 1080).
