Logitech M171 Wireless Mouse Black - Ambidextrous, 1000 DPI
The Logitech M171 Wireless Mouse is a compact, ambidextrous mouse built for anyone who needs portable, reliable pointing wherever they work—at home, the office, or anywhere in between. It pairs instantly with Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, and Linux via a USB receiver with no setup required, and runs for up to 12 months on a single AA battery.
Why this product
Ambidextrous shape fits either hand
The fully symmetrical design works naturally for left- or right-handed users, making it ideal for shared workstations or people who switch hands throughout the day.
12-month battery life on one AA cell
An on/off switch and auto-sleep mode stretch a single AA battery across a full year of typical use, so you can work without constantly hunting for replacements.
10-meter wireless range, no delays
The 2.4 GHz USB receiver delivers reliable connection within 10 meters with no dropouts or lag, letting you move freely around your workspace.
Smooth optical tracking on any surface
Precise cursor control works on nearly every desk surface without requiring a mousepad, with no missed clicks or jitter.
Plug-and-play setup, instant compatibility
Insert the receiver into any USB port and start using it immediately—no drivers to install on Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, or Linux.

Up to 10 meters of wireless freedom with a strong, reliable USB receiver. That means no delays, no dropouts. M171 is compatible with Windows®, macOS, Chrome OS™ and Linux® and works instantly when you plug the USB receiver into your computer or laptop.
Easy navigation thanks to a controlled line-by-line scrolling and optical tracking. The optical sensor gives you smooth and accurate cursor control on almost any surface. That means accurate mouse movements with no more annoying missed clicks.
The mouse is built with the same high quality standards that have made Logitech the global leader for mice and keyboards. Durable and reliable, M171 also works up to 12 months without changing batteries thanks to the on/off switch button and auto-sleep power-saving mode.
Using a mouse is more ergonomic than a touchpad. The compact shape and wireless capability lets you work comfortably —at home, the office, or anywhere in between.
