- Speeds will max out at whatever is slower: the drive inside, the enclosure's 10Gbps interface, or your computer's port speed.
- Does not fit M.2 drives larger than 2280 or drives with other form factors (U.2, mSATA, etc.).

- Larger M.2 drives: Only accepts drives up to 2280 form factor; longer variants are not supported.
- Systems without USB-C ports: The enclosure outputs only USB Type-C; older computers without USB-C or an adapter may not work.
- Drives larger than 2TB: The enclosure supports a maximum capacity of 2TB, limiting storage expansion.
